Decision

On 14 July 2021 at a Full Council meeting, Maidstone Borough Council resolved to make (adopt) the Boughton Monchelsea Neighbourhood Development Plan under Section 38A (4) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (as amended). The Boughton Monchelsea Neighbourhood Plan forms part of the statutory development plan for Maidstone Borough.
