Otham Neighbourhood Plan for the Otham Neighbourhood area

1. A Referendum will be held on THURSDAY 8 JULY 2021 to decide on the question below:

"Do you want Maidstone Borough Council to use the neighbourhood plan for Otham to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"

2. Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be made to Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Maidstone Borough Council, Maidstone House, King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6JQ based on the deadlines set out below:

Applications for an emergency proxy vote

The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 30 June 2021. To apply on the grounds of work/service/self-isolation due to Covid the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Wednesday 30 June 2021.
