Staplehurst Parish Council has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan (i.e. Neighbourhood Plan) that sets out a vision for the parish area and a series of planning policies that the parish council is proposing to be used in the determination of planning applications.
Your opportunity to make comments on the Neighbourhood Plan (at the Regulation 16 stage) has now closed. The consultation was open between 22 June 2026 and 31 July 2026.
Representations will be considered alongside the Neighbourhood Plan, and supporting documents, by an independent Examiner.
